What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, suburb, the service you need, the job details you write, and your email address if you choose to give one. We collect this for one purpose: to understand the job and pass it to a provider who can quote it. We also record the time of your enquiry, a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, to detect spam and abuse. Your raw IP address is not stored.

Who your details are shared with

Your enquiry is received and held by Jordan James Media. When a licensed or accredited provider is appointed for this service and your area, your enquiry is passed to them so they can contact you and quote the job; until then it is held by Jordan James Media and not shared. We do not sell your information to advertisers or list brokers, and we do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while the job is being quoted and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact Jordan James Media at info@jordanjamesmedia.com and quote the reference shown when you submitted your enquiry, if you have it.

Tracking

This website does not run advertising pixels, third-party analytics or session-recording scripts.
